For the past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of working with HRC's (Loss Mitigation Consultants) to create a situation where everyone wins. The Homeowner wins by preventing a foreclosure on their credit report. The Lender wins by not having to spend the massive amounts required to foreclose and maintain the property until it can be re-sold & our HRCs win by listing and selling the property.

About 25% of the Homeowners whose files we have will remain in their homes. 75% of the time the Homeowner will need to re-locate. These are opportunities for you to help the Homeowner avoid foreclosure by listing and selling the home.

Most of the time the information you receive is not yet public knowledge. In most cases you will be contacting the Homeowner while there is still time for the Homeowner to avoid foreclosure. Most Homeowners are not aware of the options they may have.

Different than doing BPOs, which can be a lot of work that seldom result in listings. When handling Titanium assignments you will be working directly with the homeowner who can make the decision to list.
