Working with us as a Home Retention Consultant (HRC), makes you the personal link in this process. You help homeowners assess what outcome is the best solution for their situation. Our goal is to help you list as many of these properties as possible. The earlier these properties can be sold, the better it is for the lender, the property owner, and you.
Titanium gives you a motivated referral and you are paid to contact the homeowner and assist in opening a dialog between homeowner and lender. You will have a back office web site linked with Titanium to process your work. Our forms are simple and our office support very accessible. For each assignment, you have an Assignment Specialist who can be contacted easily though our 800 number. Once you are registered and trained, we protect your zip code areas so that you will receive all assignments possible.
Home Retention consulting isn't for everyone. It takes time and effort and often you won't get a listing. However, HRC's nationwide will list about 20% of their assignments and get paid for the information they gather for the lender on every assignment. We are growing rapidly and expect more opportunities in the future.
Please take time to listen to our introduction and call me if you have any questions. The registration and training takes about 1 1/2 hours. When it is completed, you are linked in as the Loss Mitigation Consultant in your area and will start receiving assignments.
