Loss mitigation consulting isn't for everyone. This may not be for you if you do not have a heart for the people that get in tough times. It takes time and effort and often you won't get the listing. However, HRC's nationwide will list about 20% of their assignments and get paid for the information they gather for the lender on every assignment. We are growing rapidly and expect more opportunities in the future.

The movement throughout the country is to avoid foreclosure. Lenders are anxious to get these properties off the books and they are willing to accept offers even when no equity is available. The earlier these properties can be sold, the better it is for the lender, the property owner, and you.
