I began working with Titanium Solutions September of 2006 as a Home Retention Consultant. It was very rewarding working with homeowner to resolve their situation, whether it was through a loan modification or selling their home.

Also, you are paid for making contact with the homeowner as well as being paid for gathering their financial information. This is very helpful to you and their lender, as it will give a clearer picture as to how the homeowner should proceed. Titanium continues to build relationships with the top lenders in the country as well as, develop a national network of real estate professionals to communicate these options between the homeowner and lender.

Working with Titanium is different in many ways. The most important is that the forms you are required to fill out for each assignment are simple and not very time consuming. If you list the property you will be working directly with the homeowner who has the authority to list their home. Titanium will assist you with the documentation required for a short sale, will package the offer and send it to the lender for you.
